I loved using Minute Key.I went to Lowe's to make copies of a key.I had 3 copies of one key made & none of them worked!I returned those & did it again & again,none of them worked!I saw the Minute Key machine on the way out of the store,so I thought why not?1st time using Minute Key & all 3 keys worked like a charm!Thankyou Minute Key!

I wanted all of my doors to have the same key. I called The Flying Locksmiths and scheduled a service call. The tech came out and replaced the locks but shortly after his visit, we had problems. The doors would not open. I would turn the knob and the spring loaded device would not fully disengage. It would take a lot of shaking and force to open my door. I called The Flying Locksmiths and told them the problem. They sent the same tech and he "fixed" the issue. He also charged me for it. Now I don't trust my door locks to no fail. There is A LOT of play in the door knobs. *** The boss reached out to me and made it right. Thanks for following through. I was going to just hire another locksmith and move on with my life. Then today I received an email saying that my payment didn't go through. The payment for the second visit to fix the issues from the first visit. So both visits didn't fix the issue. I am supposed to pay for a second visit (re-work) and even when I do. The billing is broke as well.
